Anne O'Brien's first task for The Software Toolworks was to document The Miracle Piano Teaching System software. They hired her to write the PC User's Guide as it was ported from the Super Nintendo platform to the PC. About 14 months later she received her 2nd Society for Technical Communication (STC) Award of Achievement and 1st STC Award for an educational software product. The along came Mario Is Missing!
